Heating Tune-Up
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Clean burners and ignition system

Cooling Tune-Up

Common Questions
Do I have to renew every year?
No. I'll remind you before your membership expires, but there's no auto-billing and no penalty for not renewing. It's an annual agreement, not a subscription trap.
Does the 15% discount apply to parts?
Yes — labor and parts. If your furnace needs a $400 control board, you pay $340. The discount applies to everything on the invoice.
What if I have an oil boiler, a steam system, or a ductless mini-split?
All of those qualify. Call me and we'll discuss which plan fits your setup. Some older or specialty systems take more time — I'll tell you upfront if there's a different rate.
Can I add commercial refrigeration equipment?
Yes. Commercial refrigeration maintenance is priced separately based on the equipment. Call or fill out the contact form and I'll give you a straight number.
What does "no overtime surcharge" mean?
Most contractors charge extra for nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfort Club members pay the standard rate regardless of when the call comes in. The 24/7 emergency line is the same line — one flat rate.
